6 year old Hilal Allan is preparing for big adventures.

Hilal suffered a cardaic arrest at aged 5, with thanks to the quick treatment from Saint johns ambulance he has made a full recovery and is now planning to cycle round Lake Taupo to raise money for Heart Kids NZ. Good Luck Hilal, from all at CIDG. To read the full story click here and here
